Dear mouth shut members this is my experience with Regent Automobiles Pvt Ltd Mohan co operative Delhi.
They are one of the Chevrolet dealers in Delhi so we were planning to buy Chevrolet UVA from them and we did buy however the experience with the Regent was not good and satisfactory.
The staff was not co operative at all and kept making us travel from one desk to another and top of it what ever offers which were promised by regent and the also the company offers were not given to us even after the commitment.
And on top of it we were told to come back after 3 to 4 days for the car as the color which we wanted was not availble and what came to us as a sudden shock that it was not even available even after 4 days and finally we had no choice nut to opt for from the available options and they after scrubbing and polishing when they were giving us the car we could see some scratches which we showed them and told them to repair it. Overall I can say less co operative, irresponsible staff and did not meet the expectations. Poor service.
