I'm frustrated with Regalia, totally disappointed on their third class responses.
They'll do everything to enroll you with them, even they'll commit many things orally, but only few things will appear on agreement and you could not ask more than that once agreement made. There are poor responses from care, in case of palnning for holidays.
False commitments and false calls are their speciality I think.
There is a time line defined in agreement for our bookings; 30-45 days before our plan we've to raise request, but there is no time line to execute it from them.
It'll be delayed. Untill and unless you cancel your plan, they'll not respond positively.
Even no single one coupon recevied, passed 3 months.
I'd plan my first holiday that too wanted to Gift to friend on the occasion on his wedding, still they don't care about ur and others plans.
I've made membership payment through credit card and suffering to pay it on time. We could not stop that bank transactions now and membership cancellation also not worth, it'll give you 10% amount only, this we came to know after agreement only.
To clear our records in bank we have to suffer now.
Completely loss/waste of money.
Please do not entertain if they called or offered any.
Very shameless and careless services.
Sorry to say, but I experinced this and I'm having proofs of booking request raised and their replies on it.
