Recently I went to Manali and booked my ticket from Red Bus, When I entered in the bus, there was no one to guide which seat we had to sit.( There were no seats numbers written in bus at all), Most of the passenger were facing this problem and fighting for their seats. One of the Bus staff was taking 20 rs / Bag to have the bag into basement area of the bus. I don't know why. My bus departed 2 hrs late from the departure time due to lack of management, Blankets were smelling like curry and no mineral water is provided. Some of the passenger were found that the AC is not working from them. Overall this was the worst experience ever. In future I am not going to book my ticket from Red Bus. So irritating and all the Fun is lost due to this.
