I use redbus often, and am today getting an opportunity to write about it. It's a pretty good site and among all the bus ticket booking sites, I would rate them the best. They need to work a bit on the UI, but overall it's a good user experience. It would be good if they had a loyalty program for customers who buy frequently.
This will help them to create customer stickiness and monetize each customer for longer.
