I booked tickets for my sister on 17th of april from bangalore to Hyderabad and I check property before booking there no pick up system should be there like they pick your from your place and drop somewhere else to get the bus . I wanted direct bus and I booked accordingly and after booking and deducted my money they are showing pickup bus will pick you from your location and drop to someother location and from there we get bus so I cancleled the bus and they charged me 225 rs for there fault really really bad service itz kind of looting the peolpe and I raised the querry to customer care and till the date I have not got any response from them and my money also deducted and no bus also booked .
