Realme c3 is successor of realme c2. So you are a budget gamer though it is definitely for you and you are a normal users though it is not for you. It have many more features like good processor, good design between this price(6999 for 3gb ram, 32gb storeg) . But it have many more bad thinks like poor selfie, overheating issue, low brightness of display and bad sound quality. I use this phone with very depthly. I don't recommend this phone for a quasual users. It have mediatek G90 processor that is responsible for hitting issue. The processor is not very battery efishient. Yet you think that buy a mobile for normal use (under rs-7000) though you can buy others mobile like redmi 8a.
