As the name suggest 2 most stupid banks got together to harass people with charges that god only knows and call center I guess it s dead.
You get call every hour to make the payment and no one updates what was discussed on the previous call.
They send a message and credit the amount post which you cannot cancel nor close it there charges extremely high.
You want to live a happy and peaceful life then dont bank with RBl or Fin serv. Do not get into the RBL easy cash or cash on card intially they say only processing fees are charged later interest will also be charged.
Stay Safe by staying away with RBl and Finserv.
