I purchased a shirt piece from Raymonds, Phoenix Mall, Chennai. The showroom is present on first floor of the mall towards the right wing. It was spacious and well lit. Staffs were courteous and gave enough time to me. They were also patient enough to show me whatever I wished for.
I bought a peach coloured shirt piece and gave it for stitching there itself. The master who took the measurement looked experienced and made me comfortable. He even suggested me of different styles and gave me the option to chose any one as per my preference. I was given a pick up date after 8 days and it was ready on time. Even after several wash, the fabric looks fine now and there is no question on comfort and feel too.
I would not hesitate at all in recommending Raymonds to anyone around. Worth what we pay for.
