Ratna cafe in washermenpet is they worst in its kind because they food over is average but no coffee after 2 pm ridicules I got so angry that is why I planned to write this review and let everyone know about this cafe.
Firstly let me start with they
Food and presentation: They food and presentation is average but not good which I would say because they dont serve coffee in a cafe after 2 pm in afternoon. They food which I ate and became sick next day I think because it was not prepared properly .
Ambience: They ambience is good but then I would say they Ac was not working well and then they fan also not there so it was like a oven inside they cafe which was heating up due to no proper ventilation.
Customer service: I dont lnow what to say about customer service because it is a self serve restaurant so I have nothing to say about customer service as all they work is done by they customer only .
Value for money: it is not at worth paying 90rs for a idly sambar which I would not like to eat if I would have known these prices. They prices are very high for all they products so keep money in handy if you still want to go after seeing this review.
