I have booked rapido today and driver was rude from the beginning. It is just 10 meter and 2 min, I have decided not to go with him. I get out the cab, and driver closed the ride. The Aapp charged full fare of 413 to me. And driver start threatening and abusing me, and say that he will call 3-4 people in front of my child. I have forced to pay full money.
I hv contact rapido and no solution. The whole cab App business is bullshit of highest order. It has zero resolution against any gunda gardi of drivers.
