I had lots of issues during the stay of my SIL an NRI, at this hotel.
We had booked hotel for 3 nights 4 days. She had paid for premium and got worst service she felt like hotel people have cheated her. Here is the list of issues:
She had asked for premium room but got a room just close to kitchen which welcomed her with full time Kitchen fumes, odor and smoke. Had to repeatedly request for change of room umpteen times, which finally got changed after 2 days.
Toilet was not cleaned everyday.
Laundry was not changed everyday, upon multiple request it got changed,
They charged close to Rs. 5000 extra saying laundry has some stains on it which does not go.
I am also in hotel industry and have seen situation where ppl will put all sort of stains but we never charge saying these stains will not go away and you pay for the entire set of laundry which happened here so just a word of caution to you guys if you are planning to stay at Ramen grand hotel Pune .
