Excellent!! Even more than what I expected when you read all the negatives reviews. The only song of the 12 I really did not care for was ''The Back Seat of my car''. From 1-11 it was just a fun CD. It was very light it was not meant to save the world or cause world peace. It was extremely peppy and lively, if you’re under stress and feeling blue this is the antidote. Remember songs that make you think come from Lennon songs that just give you a good time McCartney, Spiritual uplifting songs Harrison (By the way Brain Washed another excellent CD a must buy for George Harrison fans that liked Cloud Nine)
Any way with all that being said I like the following very much. Too Many People, Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey, Smile Away, Monkberry Moon Delight. Another irritant were the reviews that were saying it sounded like Beatlist era-Which era.... With those 5 it is mostly that of the Let It Be era. Several fun, toe-tappers, kickin little classics. It really showed his sense of humor.
I would recommend this review to every one who does not have an already expectant view on how Paul McCartney should sound. Remember the Beatles, Rolling Stone, Lennon, and McCartney lasted because of their Versatility
