Please do go for this TPA. I had to pay 50k from my pocket after taking 4 lacs coverage for my parents. They didn't respond on right time and misguided me for day care options. Once I took the admission they came back saying that our medical team will decide. Ruby hall pune they charged such a hefty amount for ipd pateint for the same procedure they can do for opd. I don't understand if the process is same why they are cheating the pateint. Raksha TPA didn't respond us for 24 hrs and when final bill was sent to them they just rejected it. Extremely disappointed and feeling cheated by them. I will not recommend it to anyone. They delay the process and reject it, no guidance provided by them and false information passed to the patient. Don't go for their raksha they don't do stand with their name.
