I read most of the comments featured over here and somehow my understanding(as I come from Brand Management and Marketing background) is that every start up company/product which is more of a'concept' and a'service' in nature has its own teething problems - which over a period of time gets corrected. There are various factors involved in rolling the complete product and some are beyong the physical control of the provider.
The concept of'Air travel on Ground' introduced by Raj is a vision and unique achievement in its own way. Can anyone recollect the time when we ever had the comfort of clean and good cushioned seats, roomy leg space, smart uniformed and courteous drivers, freebies like blankets, eye masks, etc . They also operate their buses on multiple states within India . intercity - interstate. A truely'GRAYHOUND' of India!
I'm supportive to all those who have had unpleasurable experiences and equally sure the management at Raj(if reading this) would act upon and create even better a service standard than the'GRAYHOUND' of USA.
Come on RAJ . you can do this!
