I visited rainbow Hospital Vijayawada currency nagar branch gynic department for the first time during pregnancy and sharing my overall experience.
Pros:
You dont need to go out to diagnostic centre for scans and blood tests.. Everything is available inside hospital.
Cons:
- Too costly compared to other hospital. They charge almost double than what is charged outside with the same quality of service.
Doctors are no better than other small hospital doctors with good experience.
some of the nurses and other staff members are very rude with patients.
They don't follow appointment system.
No order in calling patients for scan. I think radiologist randomly keeps people for scan. The nurse never answers if we ask how many people are before you for scan.
Overall my opinion is to find some other small hospitals with good experienced doctor rather than getting stuck in corporate hospitals like this.
