Rainbow hospital Marthahalli is full of Shameless people. They don't care even about the lives of new borns. I have the worst ever experience of my life. We opted this hospital just because of its location, which is very near to our house but their worst nursing staffs made this biggest nightmare of our lives. They charge huge amount of money for everything(even higher than Apollo, Cloudnine, fortis and all) but their services are pathetic. they do all sorts of manipulations just to make money. They allocate trainee nurses to take care of new born babies. those nurses don't even know to give injections. moreover they are also not available easily. you need to call them atleast 15-20 times then only visit your room. sometimes mother is not in a position to feed her new born baby, in those cases they require formula feed(powder milk). and when you ask those shameless nurses for that, they will say " I m preparing milk for your baby" but they will not visit your room for next one and half to two hours and when you go and ask them multiple times, they will say milk is over and I have indented the same for you." THIS IS RAINBOW HOSPITAL" where the keep 1 day old baby hungry.:( . Lots of people from nursing and administration will visit your room asking for feedback about the services they are providing, whatever you say, it will not impact those deaf people. Instead of complaining them just change your hospital.
There are 2-3 good doctors like Dr. Teji and Dr. Kalyan thats all. rest all are bunch of Shameless B*Ds.
