It is no better than Raaz and Raaz: The mistery continuous. The horror in the first two parts was awesomly thrilling. But this movie is not so good and horrorly. It seems to be a funny movie instead of a horror one. But yes it has some punches where one can get thrilled. A movie's ending decides its success and film watcher's satisfaction, but this one did not ended well. It should have ended with more of the suspense and more of the thrill and more of the fear. But it was nothing like thrill or fear watching it.
So its just a one time watch.
