We were informed that for 3days of outstation travel, including airport drop from Vijayawada, we will be charged for 900kms @8.5 and a bata of Rs.250/day. Each day means 24hr basis; and each day of 300km/day.
But on the last day, we were surprised to find that:
billing was made on the basis of per day rentals; not on the km basis
"forgotten" that the airport drop was included in the trip
lots of discussion( which was avoidable) was required to help them waive off the new and additional charge on us.
bill receipt was not provided though initially agreed
The trip was for VJA-Bhadrachalam-VJA.
We were disappointed that Raavi Travels could not ensure the consistency of understanding on the billing between the customer and the driver/agency to whom the order was outsourced.
