Everyday, the service use to go down for 3 to 4 hours. They never care about customers. Now its not working for 10 days continuously. I am using it for last one month. They have closed the company without caring about the services. We have paid money and are waiting for restoration of service. The connection is not working for last 10 days. I have never seen such a worst Broadband service provider. Better don't opt for them, unless there is no other option. I took because, we don't have any other option.
