I have been using this product for almost 5 to 6 month but I wouldn't recommend this if you want for long term. My experience with this product was much worse my gamepad's wire is starting to get damaged and starts getting torn.
About the service center and staff assistance they are good no question.
About the quality of the product is somewhat is not much appreciable. Not made made for:
1) Rough uses.
2) Long term.
Overall, I say that think twice before buying this because its not much of worth money.
