Worst water purifier, non-stop expenditure

I purchased pureit marvella RO on 9/6/2016, from Goodlife in Gurgaon.


We are a family of three adults and one child. we had been using whirlpool RO from last 6 years. we changed it, as it required expenditure of 4.5 k for changing membrane and filters and repairing or replacing motor. Pureit marketing executive sold pureit to us, by declaring its low maintenance. only one kit per 1.5 years. First 1.5 years one kit is going to survive, so no expenditure for 1.5 years.


and here is this RO, which started giving'change GKK' signal after two months.


their technician came, said this one filter is normally changed in six months, but yours needs to be changed now. then after our insistence, he washed filter and it worked for sometime. Then again after four months'change GKK' . their technician said, you need to change complete kit of 3.5 k cost including RO membrane. he even said things like - it looks like older than four months, inspite of seeing the receipt with date. he did not care or suggested any solution. they didnt have any idea or reason why it happened.


I am extremely disappointed by purchasing this product. it seems I need to change GKK every four months. I might put my old RO back to use, its better than pureit, the same thing never happened with whirlpool.


I cant imagine pureit selling this kind of useless thing. its worse purifier I have seen. Once they sold, they dont care about the customer experience. they seems to have made this product to sell to earn by non-stop maintenance and service. I regret bying it.


today company sent a so called senior technician, the same guy who came before. he was told by company to close it off anyway. he did something that stopped the change filters alarm.


when I asked him to check drinking water quality, it showed TDS 284.


its not giving drinkable water and this was the way to close complaint by HUL. technician said this is all could do.
