The Customer Support of PNB bank is really bad. They don't listen to your request on time. When I visited a branch in Bharatpur Rajasthan they dont value their customers. Also the electronic machines like ATM, cash deposit kiosk, passbook printing terminal are many times out of order.
In Elobby, Police Line, Bharatpur, Rajasthan their are these 3 machine , and always one of them is out of order.They dont keep their regular maintenance, and when 1 gets repaired the other dosen't work.I have an account in 296700 rajendra nagar branch.
