Punjab National Bank. Review on Punjab National Bank

Hi Friends, Punjab National Bank: One of the oldest public sector bank in India.I have account in this bank, it is around 2 KM from my house and it's account opening process is very complicated. My parents also have their account in this bank. Several documents needed to open account in this bank. Have to run several times to the bank for account opening. But only having account is not enough and I am not satisfied with this bank. Firstly, the main issue, there are many online shopping sites and Punjab National Bank is available on only few websites for payment.I also contacted the customer care of those e-commerce website but they replied that your bank doesn't take part with our company then, I contacted PNB then their representative talked rudely and told that we didn't knew about this. There are very less ATM of this bank and not able to withdraw money urgently, sometimes got server error. I experienced badly with this bank and would suggest not to go with this bank if you need an bank account.Thank you, have a nice day.
