Punjab national bank is among fast growing and rising bank of india. Which provides you financial services and good platform to earn interest from your money or to transfer your money from one account to other account.
I am using Punjab national bank about 6 months. I faced many problem while using it. Once my ATM card is lost or you can say stolen and I called to costumer care of this bank for blocking my card. After alot of efforts they received my call and I have given all my details to block. But they don't blocked my card and some money is debited from my account. That means the costumer service of this bank is very poor and employee of this bank is very lazy.
The internet banking system is also not very good and user friendly. The look of website is not attractive and it is little bit seems boring. Transaction from net banking is very poor. In many websites the online transaction from punjab national bank is not possible.
ATM service is also not good. There are very few ATM of this bank in the market and it has no money or server is out of reach when the actually the money is needed.
Overall this bank is not good for common people like me and you.
