EDITED: This part of my review is to let the redaers know that Printvenue has finally resolved the issue by reprinting the item which is quality wise much better. However, my original review which I posted earlier is as follows.
Hi all,
I want to share my pathetic experience with https://printvenue.com so that the readers of this review get warned before ordering something from the website.
I ordered a customized Wooden Name Plate from https://printvenue.com. My Order No. is 9591-4082-4884. After receiving the product I found that it was of worst quality according to what I was shown in the website at the time of ordering. I have attached two photos with this review so that readers may check themselves what I am trying to explain.
Following are the particular reasons of my utter dissatisfaction with the product.
1) The colour of the Name Plate was completely different according to the preview picture displayed on the ordering page of the website.
2) The text colour was so faded that it is not clearly visible from a little distance. Also the item is looking so dull because of the text colour which was remarkably darker in the preview of ordering page of the website.
3) At the time of customizing the Name Plate, it asked to upload a photo which would be engraved in the plate. I uploaded a photo of my wife and myself. This has been engraved in such a manner that the persons are not at all identifiable. Moreover, an unidentifiable photo has totally degraded the quality of the Name Plate.
I received the item on 3rd June, 2016 and was totally frustrated with the quality. Within an hour, I sent a mail to the customer support of https://printvenue.com with all the above details, two photos of the item I received and a photo of the preview displayed on the website. An auto-reply of the mail provided me a ticket number but since then there was no response from the said support team. I called the customer support for several times and they kept on assuring me to arrange a reply mail but I received no mail till 7th June, 2016. On 7th June, 2016, I received a mail saying that they were forwarding the mail to specialized department for further investigation and assuring me for a reply within three business days. Since then I got no reply mail till date. I used to call the customer support guys twice a day and they kept on giving me false assurance every time. Finally, being frustrated, I dropped the issue.
This is the worst and most horrible customer support I have ever experienced. I am actually thinking about going to consumer forum for justice against this terrible harassment.
