Overall poor performance, we should not expect more efficient performance from it honestly. I had to replace the pressure valve within 2 months of purchasing!
It's handles are as flimsy, and feels like it will break any time for full food weight and edges of handles are bit sharp as I faced. Sometimes there is a water leakage part improved from the top side with steaming during cooking. The whistle has some trouble also during whistling time to time in the time of cooking. Top rubber part of whistle can't be attached with the main whistle as it is facing some of threading issue.
This cooker has the stainless steel finishing only in the exterior part, not in the interior part at all. After using it everyday for 2 months, the outer coating comes off surprisingly, it feel like very low quality cooker from this brand which is not expected really. I am not thinking it is worth of price at all. obviously not a good handy product it is.
Another issue with it is over cooking. I do not getting any system how to prevent the over cooking trouble of foods. Then once upon a time I thought I should not put it on induction cooktop at high level of heat. and I exactly did that but still temperature intake by this cooker with as like largely! and still the over cooking is happening and I am puzzled for many times whether counting whistles or time!
A good handy and durable product is not like it. style & design here is not a main factor at all I think. product performance should be super which is not available in it.
Totally a colonized cooker it is as I am facing.
Customer service center didn't provide much attention of my complaint about it, it feels like this product is not from their company! How terrible it is!
I am not recommending it to anyone at all.
