I Strongly suggest you not to go with Ms. Preeksha/Preeka Design Studio. We are writing this review after asking these people(Preeka design studio) to stop the work and leave our premises today. Its a long story which I will explain in detail.
So Unprofessional, no ethics, no commitment, lies, Overpriced, No Quality work, no time lines, torture, trauma is all what about Preeka Studio. Thinking to file a complaint in consumer form for the loss done to us. If any doubts I will clarify with all the Proofs.
We hired these people on March 9th by paying the initial amount of nearly 1Lac.She promised designs(renders) in 2 weeks after initial payment. we waited for designs more than 2 months. After many calls she had provided the designs.
we asked her many times to answer our calls which she never did.many a times she didnt even call back as she got the payment! If she lifts the call or she calls back after our call is not answered , its like a festival for us.
By May 23rd we paid 5 Lacs including initial amount, because as per the agreement 60% shd be paid before initiating the production. So by mid of the june we paid 4 lakhs more and only 5% amount left to pay.
From May 24th the production has started. As per the agreement the flat shd be handed over in one month i.e by 24th of June 2022.She clearly mentioned the completion date.Even till today( 11th August) they didnt complete the work.
we hired her as she had promised that she is shifting to Hyderabad from Bangalore so that she could look after our 2 bhk interior work.ms. Preeksha just came only 2 times since the work started. She is not at all available when we needed her advice.she wont lift the calls.
when we want to order the kitchen counter top on Jun 21st, she asked us to wait till she comes from Bengaluru. After 12 days i.e on July 1st she came to the granite shop and we ordered the counter top she selected. Countertop was delivered on July 26th because of rains. we asked her to complete all the other work except kitchen which she didnt.
She again went to bengaluru and till now she was not seen at site.Her father and a Project manager by name Karthik Reddy, who gave 5 stars for Preeka design Studio review here under , are the people in the site who look after the workers.
THEY DONT HAVE DEDICATED WORKERS NOT EVEN FOR A SINGLE WORK.THEY DONT HAVE A SINGLE CARPENTER, ELECTRICIAN, PAINTER ETC ETC.JUST THEY HIRE PEOPLE RANDOMLY WORKING FOR OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE VICINITY.
TILL NOW 3 TO 4 CARPENTERS CAME AND EACH ONE DID SOME PART OF THE JOB.SO HOW MUCH COMMITMENT THESE PARTTIME CARPENTERS WILL HAVE?TILL CARPENTRY WORK IS PENDING AND THIS PREEKA DESIGN STUDIO SPOILED ALL THE LOOK AND FEEL OF MY FLAT! THE ELECTRICIAN THEY APPOINTED CAME FOR ONLY 1 DAY AND HE IS NOT TURNING UP AFTER GIVING THE WIRING CONNECTIONS. IF WE WANT TO APPOINT A NEW ELECTRICIAN IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO SORT OUT THE CONNECTIONS.
YESTERDAY WE ASKED THEM TO STOP THE WORK AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK. EVEN THOU TODAY THEY CAME AND WE ASKED THEM TO STOP THE WORK.THAY JUST LEFT NOT SAYING A WORD! NO CALL FROM MS. PREEKSHA TILL NOW.
Before assigning the work we asked about her design studio. she told prekshaa studio and we searched to find the reviews.we didnt find any.we came to know its preeka design studio and writing this review.
Still a lot of work is there to complete and we need to look after the persons for each and every work.
I should have engaged a local carpenter who would have done a lot better job than Preeksha /Preeka Design Studio.
If anyone have doubts I am there to clarify with proofs!
