I want to give negative rating for the service and response I got but in this review box one star is mandatory to post the review. I had a worst experience with this service station. Using Maruthi vehicles since more than 10years and for the first time I had such a worst experience. I have spent more than 15k for a maruthi 800(KA51P4470) service and the car is returned with so many complaints. The vehicle was kept with them for 6days for service. Car was not even washed when it was returned. I had sent it again for rectification and no change other than washing, it was only waste of fuel and time as I have to send my vehicle from RT NAGAR to KUDLU GATE. lot of engine noise, no pickup, sound in drive shaft even it is replaced with new one. what not. Bill says service adviser name is MR. GIRISH but every time a new person will call and in a day atleast 4-5 people will call and ask the same question. I just request you to refund my money so that I will get it rectified somewhere else. Earlier we use recommend Pratham Motors since our cousins work there, now I have my own experience and I will never do the mistake of recommending Pratham motors to anyone.
