I've referred two of my friend to book maruti car from this show room(Bellandur Bangalore) even I have a car from the same show room, unfortunately even after following up since 5 months yet to receive the 2k amount. There is a service manager called boppana, and his team ravi, pawan. seems he does not know how to behave with customers. Such a horrible service from pratham motors. I would recommend never book a car from this pratham motors.
