Recently I bought a car from Pratham motors. I have awesome experience with Pratham motors team, especially with Sales representative Mr Ravi Kiran.
He is very courtesy, humble and helpful. He answered all my queries from the day I booked and took the delivery,
I felt very joyful moments during delivery of the car, specially a personalized welcome audio and song for me:-)
felt like a family, co-ordination between the staff is very good. i.e Sales tea, finance team & delivery team.
It was overall a very good experience and I would recommend everyone to take their service.
