Worst Service by the agents . Review on Poornima Travels, Bangalore

I have booked ticket from madikeri on sunday night as sunday night always be crowded from madikeri to bangalore . I booked from madikeri as i had only option from book ticket from madikeri but my checkin place was different for that i have tried to call customer care and local agent lots of time they dint even responed even not picking call after that i was waiting in my check in place . Without trying to reach the person who booked they simply resume the bus even in my place by some difficulty i got into bus then they were arguing for bus fare even i already paid through online after lots of argues i finally able to get seat in kushalnagar . Here matter is not about getting seat these people not genuine and they never bother about people already booked the bus and they just want to take another pasanger in their place it is worst . Please improve the service from madikeri and also your agents
