I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Motor Insurance PB Reference ID: 616109
The issue that I have experienced was: himanshu pal employee id pw29344 and bpw10203 shubash singh rathore they are deliberate holding my motor claim and cooking up story of different name in the policies which is not possible as I am claiming with the same name earlier also. They are calling and asking everytime why both name are different in both policy as it is in the name of my wife and myself. Many times I have explained them but they don't want to understand and everyday coming with new issue. My car is in garage I am not able to go office as delay from policy bazaar.
I want some knowledgeable or expert to handle my case and himanshu pal and subash singh rathore should mention why they unnecessarily trouble customers. Kindly expedite my case which has been stagnant due to himasnhu and subash
