I used pockets to pay my electricity bill of dakshin gujarat vij compant ltd. Pockets app has a promocode on their offer page PAYBILLS10. But when I applied this code it shown me error message. It is attached with this review. I tried so many times but the promocode did not work. Finally I escalated the problem to pockets customer care. Vivek from their customer support team replied but their IT team is still unable to provide satisfactory solution. Let see they can provide or not.
