As is the name, Physique is a complete fitness studio. They have all the equipments present.
The trainers are very polite. One thing I observed here is that u dont need any personal trainer because they pay close attention to everyone. So no need of shelling out extra bucks for a Personal Trainer.
There is this one issue of less space due to which sometimes it gets crowded in the evening.
Also there are other facilities like Steam bath.
