First thing I would like to point out is that please beware of tata communication services If you want to save your money, energy and esteem. These customer service peoples are shameless and there is no point of explaining your technical issues to them. They contact you only to close the service request even if you are still facing the issue. They blindly close the requests raised by customers without proper confirmation and saying that issue has been resolved.
I have taken the wifi max photon 3g connection(10G plan) . When I took this plan they promised that I will get more than 3mbps-6mbps. They assured that during heavy peak time also the speed will not go below 3mbps. I am staying in a main area in Bangalore. There itself I am getting fluctuated signals and speed below 200kbps I have given many complaints to the customer care regarding this.
There final response is even more surprising. " Sir, you are getting 200kbps . right? then what is your problem" they are considering 200kbps as a good speed.
Next person: Sir you are staying in a peak area and you can expect that speed only .(Is that my responsibility to increase the signal strength? If it is a peak area and many people are using it, then it is their problem to provide a good coverage and speed right?
Another person: " Sir if you still facing the problem with speed please change your apartment.: WTF? Should I change my apartment or buy a new one in another area for this bull s h I t thing?
I lost my money, energy and time and one good thing is that they will teach us what the patience is .:p . Shameless peoples. Still confused why the big companies like TATA holding this worst support.
