Can you answer that? Well if the above line makes you say interesting analogy then please go ahead and watch Phoonk from RGV camp. Don’t go by the stupid reviews.
The director has made an attempt to showcase two things in this movie:
1st is obviously the attempt to scare the hell out of you. But honestly speaking it does not succeed in it.(at least to me it wasn’t, because for me benchmark from RGV’s horror collection is the movie called RAAT…. any day the most scary movie by him)
Though the 2nd attempt to showcase the belief people have in black magic is quite a successful one. The above written first line is actually a dialogue from the movie and let me tell you it is one of the high points in the movie as it pops up the big question of wether things like black magic actually exist or are they just whims and fancies of a creative/destructive mind.
In retrospect this movie has made a strong attempt that it’s not just a belief and something like this actually exists.
It’s a good one time see. Apart from the performances of the famous theatre artists in the movie the rest of the performances are weak and could have been much much better.
So all in all watch the movie once…and I am sure it will make you think wetherBlack Magic exists or not….?
