Hello guys!
Today I am going to review about PhonePe app - An recharge and money transfer app.
PhonePe has its headquater is Benguluru, India and was established in December, 2015.
It provides the service of online payments to its users on unified Payment interface. I used this payment app since last 1 month for my money transfer online and I am now here with its limitations.
So, here are they : -
AMOUNT NOT CREDITING PROBLEMS
PhonePe has got many crediting problems. PhonePe has been complained very often about this. The problem is that we request to credit the amount but its doesnt. The credit fulfilled message comes but actually it is not credited. This problem must be resolved.
TRANSACTIONS INCOMPLETE.
Very often the transactions are not completed in this app. We register our formalities and submit the money and it tells to wait for 2-3 days. But the transactions never get completed. This problem is very big and should be resolved ASAP.
VERY BORING LAYOUT.
Apart from transactions problems, lets talk about its layout. The colour is only one and the layout is very old and simple. The users may get very used to and boring while regularly using this app.
