PhonePe is an app by flipkart. So everyone really believe in this app as they believe flipkart. But it has many drawbacks.
The first drawback is the inability to send money to a non PhonePe user. You can easily send money to another PhonePe user but I was not able to send money to my friend who was in trouble since he doesnot have an account linked ti PhonePe. I tried by giving IFSC code and other details but the transaction failed.
Another drawback is that this app consumes a lot of battery in background. I always receive messages saying that PhonePe is draining my battery quickly.
There are times this app becomes too slow as well as hang while I am in a need of paying bills.
So I am not satisfied with this app.
