I recently made a payment on Myntra using phonepay as they were offering cahsback of 10% I ordered products worth 2500 in 2 different orders and received the cashback of inr 200 as the max cashback was 100 rs. The cashback was credited immediately but when I received the products I wanted to return them because of size issue so myntra credited my money in phonepay account. which I wanted them to transfer I had net balance of 2300 as they had already credited 200 rs cashback.
Now I asked them to transfer my remaining amount to my bank account which I thought would take place in a day or so but trust me they took more than a month to transfer the amount.
I called them and mailed them constantly I generated 5 tickets for costumer complains and after that for more than a month of efforts they added the amount.
I was really pissed of with the service and did not used the app ever again even if I was getting a handsome cashback, .
I do not know the same thing has happened with you but I personally do not recommend it!
