Very bad quality product honestly. Though it has powerful motor but yet the rotor that connects the motor with attachment had broken after 3 months of using with very less using in that duration even.
I called for the purpose of service but the technician of this brand still didn't call me! After a month of calling, finally I became able to replace the broken part.
It has stylish look obviously but yet the quality in very dime.
It sounds very loudly duration working. Quite noisy product it is. Noise comes out of the machine is very irritating.
It gets heat more after a single long time using.
Small jar capacity is really very less. Even jar's lids are not in proper fitting. Foods and water sometimes comes out from the jars in spite of tightly holding by hand.
If I leave my hand from the lid then maximum time the lids of wet jars gets open while the motor is stay in working.
Very bitter thing is, the handle of the jar got cracked after almost 2 months of use without any hard pressure. Its a proof that its really made up of cheap quality plastic material. Plastic quality is a serious issue here. Not a user friendly worthy it is at all.
So, obviously it's not a good durable and good handy product as I have seen in my product.
Mixer blades are not so sharp as expected from this kind of brand. I don't think that I made the right choice to purchase this product.
I will say to all that, do not think once, everyone should think twice before purchasing it.
