I recently bought a trundle single size bed and a mattress that will fit this particular bed. The trundle bed product was damaged and they took it back for return and refund is in progress. But they are NOT ready to take the matress back. I'm saying I LL buy another bed and another matress that will fit the new bed from them. But they are saying their policy does not allow them to do this because the bed and mattress are separate items it seems. I'm very very unhappy with this. What will I do with a single size mattress. Please do not buy any item from them. Very poor customer friendly and customer satisfaction policies. . There are other websites Woodenstreet.com, urbanladder and fabfurnish which provide better items and are more friendly.
