Had ordered a book shelf on pepperfry this diwali. the shelf reached much before the promised delivery time(14 instead of the promised 24th). after prior intimation. the carpenter called the next day and completed the assembly and installation as per our convenient time. In sharp contrast to fabfurnish, where they lose track of their consignment once it is shipped, this was wellcoordianted and efficiently handled. Hope pepperfry maintains this level of service always! And no, I do not work for any of these companies, I am just one of those simple cusotmers who has expressed her candid views based on her experience.:)
