Pepperfry.com, I had my first experience in buying furniture at pepperfry.com and I ordered a shoe rack as it was my first time experience and did not wanted to waste my time and money in buying online.
This morning I got a message(after a long wait almost 12 days) saying the product is shipped and a person number was mentioned as I called him to inform that we will not be available today and reschedule the delivery for tomorrow,
He was like we are going by areawise and we cannot come to deliver only your product tomorrow and tomorrow is a holiday by the way for them(as he mentioned) so I said ok and asked what time he may deliver the product, he said he will come after lunch time and cannot come before that as well so I wasted my half working day for this guy and came home. The product quality is good but u need to have lot of patience to receive the same.
