We ordered a sofa from peppperfy.
It was a 5 seater brown sofa which we got at 50% off for inr 25k.
I thought it to be a really good deal.
The sofa arrived within a week and at first glance it looked good but when I sat on it I saw a small dent on the back side of the sofa whch was covered by cloth I could identify it as my hand touched that part while relaxing.
I was amazed as it was a new sofa and that dent shows that the quality of wood is not very good.
The polish and the cloth made the sofa look good but internally the sofa was not very strong and could break easily thats what we thought.
We contacted pepperfry and they said that their sofas are best quality and thoroughly checked and no such thing can be found I even mailed them the pictures but they refused to accept the fault and return the sofa.
I had to compromise with it its been a month now that I have been using the sofa and its mattress has already pushed inside. The dent has become big which has now become a place for a lot of dirt and even mouses.
I am planning to spend extra bucks to get it repaired I dont really know for how many more days this peice of furniture will last!
