A Friend of mine ordered on Mobile from Paytm mall. He wanted to exchange his old mobile. He paid the total amount and Paytm people told him that their delivery boy will reached Ur home to collect the old mobile. He trust them and handed over his phone to that boy. Paytm People confirmed him that within 2 days his new mobile was reached at his home. But he didnt received the phone. Few days after he called Customer Care and asked about the delivery of phone. Paytm People said that they have not received the old mobile yet. He told them that he already handed over the mobile and U peoples already confirmed me two days delivery. They told him that they will check it and then confirm. But he didn't get any reply. Every time they just told they will confirm withtin 2 days. After making several Complaints, He got the Mobile after two Weeks.
So Beware of the Paytmmall. Don't get Cheated.
