For me paytm mall has been the perfect online shopping app. Whatever you purchase, you'll definitely get cash back. It definitely suits my taste. I mean I am a student. And whatever I purchase, the cash back really helps me. Whatever cash back I get, I can make good use of it. Apart from the cash back thing, I like the products too. I haven't found any product defective till date. I use paytm mall very frequently. I have even purchased electronic products. But, I haven't found any problem with it. The delivery is upto date. It delivers in time. So, there is no problem with it. I really like paytm mall and suggest everyone to use it at least once and see the outcome of it. The customer service is also upto the mark as far as I know. I haven't found any problem with paytm mall so I haven't called the cutomer helpline number. But, I have heared from my friends that customer service is good enough.
