My experience of buying on Paytm mall / using Paytm is very bad. It is an uncaring agency maddened with its unexpected initial success. They have changed all their contact numbers given on website without displaying on website. All numbers given are fraudulent, calls never get through and the prerecorded message automatically gets cancelled.
The delivery boy calls only once on mobile from some irreversible number and cuts the call in-between. Afyer that I had no clue about delivery. I tried to contact all the numbers given on website, wrote message on their whatsapp page and sent mail but all in vain! Everything is changed invisibly. Now all are forced to download their appon smart phone, to reach Paytm. The app is a big circus and doesnt lead you to anywhere except their overwhelming Ads everywhere! Vary poor, the worst online service in fact!
