I ordered an Adidas tracksuit from Paytm Mall app around one month before. When I got the product , I was surprised to see that the tracksuit was first copy of Adidas tracksuit. When I tried calling Paytm Mall customer service and told them my problem, first they weren't believing me and then they asked me to sent the product back to them inspite of having Delhivery picking service in my area. I was very sad seeing their service and now I am not looking to buy from Paytm in near future.
