I reported the hacking of my Paytm wallet within an hour of the fraud on 16th January, 2023. Rs. 32000/-had been stolen from the wallet. I have been writing to them since then and they have not refunded a single rupee. They say I have compromised my account without sending me any proof despite my continuous requests. And now they have closed my case from their side and restricted me from sending any msg to them. Such a shady company, Paytm.
They do not have proper checks and balances in place in order to ensure the safety of their customers’ money. They treat their customers as dirt and keep sending the same reply repeatedly if you complain.
