Hi today I wanna share you my idea about paytm.we know today, paytm has become a great success with in digital transaction and ewallet but they need to improve their customers service, ealier and till now they use simple email ticket system.in which if you have any problem submit a ticket on system which take much of your time. Unlike other ecommerce companies they should also improve their customers communication base
